Τhe present Privacy Notice provides you with additional information on how we collect your personal data and for which purposes we process them.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION-SECURITY

In order to perform any transaction through the “Fabric Art” e-shop and to make any order of the company’s products, you will be asked to provide some personal data. When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your full name and surname, the address for the delivery of products, your fixed phone number, your email address etc.

ORDER OF PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Making an order through the e-shop signifies that you enter into a distance selling agreement, which is governed by the legal frame of Law 2251/1994, as modified.

You may enter into a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (that is if you are eighteen years of age or older and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding the entering into sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.

We utilize Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, to process and analyze statistical information to better understand your use of our eshop.

Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit a website, what pages they visit and what other sites they used prior to visiting.

Google AdWords

We use third party retargeting and remarketing features on our eshop. These technologies allow us to address internet users who previously visited our eshop by personalized advertising on the Google Display Network.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive it and you agree to the processes described below.

To subscribe to our newsletter, you must read and accept the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions to the newsletter are logged in order to be able to provide evidence of the registration process in accordance with statutory requirements.

This includes the storage of the time of registration itself and the time of confirmation, as well as the IP address. Any changes to your data stored with the service provider that sends the newsletters are also logged.

Newsletters are sent with the help of an EU-based external service provider, whom we have engaged to process and analyze statistical data and metrics in accordance with statutory requirements.

The newsletters contain cookies that are retrieved by the server of the service provider that sends the newsletter, as soon as the newsletter is opened.

Within the scope of this retrieval, technical information, such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and time of retrieval are initially collected.

This information is used for technical improvement or to analyze the target groups and their reading behavior on the basis of their retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or access times.

The statistical data collection also includes determining if and when the newsletters are opened and which links are clicked when they are clicked.

These analyses are primarily intended to help us to identify the reading habits of our users and to adapt our content to them or to send different content based on user interests.
